Lasered Wood products that are made to order have a 3 business day processing time and are dispatched using Royal Mail 48 hour tracking thereafter.

The first processing day starts the day after the order is recieved.

Order made on a Thursday.

Day 1 Friday, Day 2 Saturday, Day 3 Monday. (3 business days)

Post collection Tuesday. 48 Hour tracking would be Wednesday Day 1 Thursday Delivery day (Please note this is not a guaranteed delivery and royal mail do aim to delivery within a 3 day window) 

If your order was made on a Monday same applies Day 1 Tuesday, Day 2 Wednesday, Day 3 Thursday. Post collection Friday Delivery estimate 48 hours therefore the parcel should be with you on the monday.

Images will be sized correctly to the item it is being lasered on, in some cases an image can be made larger and still in proportion and in some cases the image will need to be smaller to be in proportion to the space available on the spoon. This isnt an error but a design decision so that the image doesn't look out of proportion.

The engraving is a deep engraving which takes more power and time to complete. Each board is treated to remove any burn residue and smell. The spoons are made within the 3 business day processing window and shipped the next day, due to this and in some cases the smell may linger but once aired it will be ok.

Laser colour will vary from one piece to another, know two items will be the same. This is normal as the natural wood is laminated (made from different pieces of wood.) Therefore shades can be different and laminate joints my been visable.
